Business growth manager at Cape
This role is built from passion, passion for our product, our goal and our people. A hands on, autonomous role, working closely with our Founder and the Growth Team. Your ideas will be encouraged and supported by the team. This is your time to shine by driving new sales and building meaningful relationships through sparking interest in Cape’s product offering and discussing solutions to customer pain points.
On any given day, you will:
• Help develop a detailed business growth plan and sales strategy.
• Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation and build an effective funnel for account executives.
• Establish connections with your prospects to articulate Cape’s value proposition to key decision-makers across multiple industries.
• Pipeline management: enter and maintain data in Hubspot.
• Working with our CRM to capture market insights and sales activity.
What you need to be successful
• Experience hitting and exceeding KPI’s and targets.
• Confident, driven, proactive and passionate.
• Ability to manage and organise competing priorities.
• Comfortable having difficult conversations.
Nice to haves
• Past experience working within Fintech and/or high growth start up.
• Experience within a sales role.
• Grasp on new technologies.
