Our amazing team embraces hybrid working. We value flexibility, but also the time and fun we have together in the office, recognising that our time together supercharges us as a team. Our team are adventurers and explorers, so we provide the opportunity to work remotely for up to four weeks of the year - from anywhere in the world. We’ve had team members working from France, Bali, the UK or while road-tripping around Australia. It’s all about balance and cohesion.

The hiring process

Applying for a new job is serious, but it need not be stressful. We aim to make our process efficient and welcoming. Some applications may take longer than others, but the hiring process typically takes 2-3 weeks.
