Cashback TERMS
These terms and conditions apply to your participation in Cape’s 5% cashback promotion operated by Cape Pty Ltd ACN 654770199 (‘Cape’, ‘us’, ‘our’ or ‘we’).
By participating in the promotion and/or receiving cashback, you agree to these terms, including the applicable terms and privacy policy available on our website.
This promotion is available to new Cape customers with a registered Pty Ltd business in Australia. It is limited to the first 25 new customers who apply for a Cape card before the 1st of March 2023 and add eligible transactions to their Cape card within 90 days.
This promotion commences at 12:00 AM AEST on the 22nd of February and ends at 11:59 PM AEST on the 28th of February 2023 unless otherwise changed by Cape.
To claim this cashback offer, you must charge a minimum of one eligible transaction to your Cape account within 90 days of your account being approved. Cape determines the eligibility of transactions for the promotion at its sole discretion. The total cashback is calculated as 5% of all transactions you charge to your Cape account over a 90-day period and is capped at a maximum cashback amount of $500 AUD. The money will be credited to your Cape account at the end of the 90-day period.
You will not be entitled to the cashback offer, and we may freeze or cancel your account if:
(a) You close your Cape account before the Cashback has been credited; or
(b) Your Cape account is not in good standing; or
(c) You attempt to game or misuse the offer in any way.
Cashbacks may be reversed if any transactions are cancelled, suspended, frozen or refunded by the participating business or one of its employees, directors, or stakeholders. Cape reserves the right to debit the cashback from your account without prior notice where any fraud, abuse or unlawful conduct has occurred.
There is no cost for participating in this promotion; however, you will be charged a monthly subscription fee for using a Cape account according to the plans laid out on our pricing page that start at $8.99 AUD per month.
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers and is not available via partnership referral campaigns. Standard credit approval criteria, fees, terms and conditions apply. FX fees are free on foreign currency transactions up to a total aggregated transaction value of $50,000, subject to your plan. Plans start at $8.99 per month, subject to your credit limit and selected features. By expressing interest, there is no guarantee that you will be approved for a Cape card and account. The offer may be modified or withdrawn without notice.
Cape may cancel, suspend, or change the cashback promotion at any time and without prior notice. Suspension or change will not affect any cashback you have already earned.
