These terms and conditions apply to your participation in Cape’s customer referral program operated by Cape Pty Ltd ACN 654770199 (‘Cape’, ‘us’, ‘our’ or ‘we’).
By participating in the program and/or receiving a referral incentive, you agree to these terms, including the applicable terms and privacy policy available on our website.
This program is available to current Cape customers with a registered Pty Ltd business in Australia that refer a new customer to Cape.
To claim the referral incentive, you must refer a customer to Cape that activates and spends on a card within 90 days of their application being approved by our underwriting team. For every referred customer that meets this minimum criteria you will receive a referral incentive of $500 AUD. The money will be credited to your Cape account at the end of your next billing cycle after the minimum criteria are met.
You will not be entitled to the referral incentive, and we may freeze or cancel your account if:
Incentives may be reversed if any transactions are cancelled, charged back or refunded by the referred customer, or one of its employees, directors, or stakeholders. Cape reserves the right to debit the referral incentive from your account without prior notice where any fraud, abuse or unlawful conduct has occurred.
There is no cost for participating in this program; however, you will continue to be charged a monthly subscription fee for using a Cape account according to the plans laid out on our pricing page.
We bear the risk of any engagement with customers, including risks relating to customer default and there is no recourse to you in relation to such risk, except where any loss, claim or damage is caused by or contributed to by your actions.

Cape may cancel, suspend, or change the referral program at any time and without prior notice. Suspension or change will not affect any referral incentives you have already earned.
