What are External Transfers?

External Transfers allow you to move available funds from your Cape credit facility directly to your ANNA Money business account, effectively converting your Cape credit into cash to pay expenses that typically require bank transfers.

How do I initiate an External Transfer?

Simply email your request to support@getcape.io with:The transfer amount

Your ANNA Money account BSB
Your ANNA Money account number
Brief description of the business purpose

Is there a fee for using External Transfers?

Yes, there is a small transaction fee of 2.99% per External Transfer, which will be added to your account and reflected in your next billing cycle.

What expenses can I pay using External Transfers?

You can use External Transfers to pay any business expense via bank transfer, including:
Commercial rent
ATO and tax payments

How quickly will my External Transfer be processed?

Transfer requests received by midnight will be processed the following business day. Funds typically arrive in your ANNA Money account within 2 business days.

How can I track my External Transfer?

All External Transfers will appear on your Cape ledger clearly marked as “ANNA Payment (External Transfer)”, making tracking and reconciliation simple. You can also monitor your ANNA Money account for the incoming funds.

Are External Transfers secure?

Yes. External Transfers are protected by the same robust security and compliance standards as your existing Cape transactions. They must only be used for legitimate business purposes, and every transaction is fully documented for compliance and audit purposes.

Can I use External Transfers for personal expenses?

No. Like all Cape products, External Transfers can only be used for legitimate business expenses.

Do External Transfers affect my existing credit terms?

No. External Transfers are already supported by your existing Cape credit facility. All current agreements, protections (including personal guarantees and GSAs), and repayment terms remain unchanged.

What if I don’t have an ANNA Money account?
